Orders generally ship within 1 to 4 business days. In cases where item is handmade upon purchase, time to ship out may be up to 5 days and will be indicated on the specific product page.

Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate chart.

An email notification will be sent to you once package has been shipped out, including tracking information.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete mailing address. Order is delivered directly to recipient and their signature is required. Should recipient not be available at address, package will be waiting for pick up at their nearest local post office and up to two notices will be sent for pick-up.
